May, if this skincare business doesn't work out for you in the end (obviously kidding, you're a genius), you could have a hell of a career recording audio books for people who are prone to anxiety. Such a soothing voice and presence.

I must say, before watching this video i had already written may and her brand off as rich fake bohemian. I was harsh and i knew nothing about her. This interview has totally changed my view on her and her brand. thank you for this video, she is role model material!

I’m not sure if you read every comment, but thought I would post anyway. After watching this video and learning about May’s products, I felt compelled to place an order. I have suffered from hyper pigmentation most of my adult life and it has affected my self esteem significantly. I placed my order and in the notes area I commented that I found her through you and expressed my esteem issues about the hyper pigmentation. I know nothing will be the magic bullet, but why not try. After placing my order, I received a personal message from May’s staff...I couldn’t believe it. They thanked me for sharing my vulnerability regarding my skin concerns and were sending me additional samples on top of what I was able to select so I could try the whole system. I just couldn’t believe it. The personal touch I received from this company is unlike anything I have every experienced, and I have tried ALOT of products and companies. Thank you for the time you spent going through her line. I had never heard of these products prior to your video. I am excited to receive my order and see where this journey takes me. God Bless ☺️

Watching this in 2021 and I am obsessed with May Lindstrom after watching. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for someone like May to watch the rise of "clean non-toxic" beauty when she is ACTUALLY making "clean" skincare. It's strange to see Caroline and May talk about this in 2018. I didn't realize it had been going on for so long.

Had to pause at 4 mins to say how much I appreciate her natural hair!! I hope my skin will glow like hers when I have more gray than I do now. Also Caro, per usual, you ROCK! You're like my British, punk-rocking, skincare guru aunt. ;) I found you because I'm obsessed with skincare, and make-up free for life; your transparency and knowledge 100% makes me feel like I have an aunt across the pond I can trust to tell me the truth about skincare. Followed your advice on the blog for a longtime before YT days, and never commented or messaged you to tell you THANK YOU for all you do and share with us! (btw we do say 'as you do' and 'bob's your uncle' here in the southern states)

May is so beautiful and pure. She's one of those people that has a calming effect on me whenever I see her or listen to her speak. She's definitely one of those ethereal beings, and her products are AMAZING!!!

I admire a woman who has her own business and she is filled with integrity and love of what she does. Her products have changed my skin and I am thrilled. I also love that she hasn’t dyed her hair....she does her and that’s a good thing.

Ok, I haven't even finished watching this video had to write this. Firstly, yes I had samples of the Clean Dirt, stopped the video and used it. OMG! May Lindstrom was right, I rediscovered this product. Secondly, Caroline, I hope you read this. I love how you bring to us these humble successful women in the skin care business; that it goes beyond taking care of skin, it's about ethics and integrity. You bring this to us because that is who you are! You know that Oprah moment you had, that's what I would have if I ever meet you. You rock, literally!

I have never clicked so quick on a video, nor have I ever sat through one this long in its entirety. I am often asked how I can justify buying from this range with its pricing. I am regularly asked "is there not a high street version that does the same thing that wouldn't cost you as much". For me, this video is the perfect response to that question and really does explain why May's pricing is only half the story. There will always be companies that charge what they can for products. There are plenty that use basic ingredients and over price them. However hearing from May about the time, passion and effort that goes into every step of the process is so humbling. Her unwavering determination for perfection and commitment to the customers receiving only the best justifies every penny the products cost. I adore May, the products, the ethical stance she takes, and her ability to say NO when she feels saying YES means she has to compromise on quality. All this talk of the efforts May takes to source the best and that her customer is her motivation to strive for perfection makes me consider buying direct and not through her UK retail partners. I feel she deserves the same respect in return and in buying direct I can ensure she receives 100% of the price paid and continue to bless us with her wonderful gift.

I just recently has the best experience of all time with a sample of May's Honey Mud cleanser and it was pure luxury washing my face for two days!! Thank you for your amazing products!! And thank you Caroline for letting us get a glimpse inside these fabulous women's lives!!!

May is so calming and inspiring! What a world it would be if we had more people like her!! Not to mention, her products are AMAZING and an experience in itself.

I’ve held off watching this until I had a full hour free. I don’t have enough heart emojis to do justice to how this interview made me feel. May Lindstrom is absolutely inspiring.

A woman who's passion and intelligence is equally as transparent as the quality of her products. I can't wait to try some of her range, especially the youth dew and the problem solver. And the honey mud. And blue cocoon..... who am I kidding I want to try all of it.
