Worse for English football is that clubs that do try to invest get punished and nearly relegated as a result. The reality is that all 3 would have been relegated a month ago without the PSR situation

PSR isn't perfect. It makes sense in many ways, clubs living within their means. But it's heavily weighted in favour of rich clubs.
