yes. i'm 6'4" and i don't have a problem with the leg room.

@@Plennerd i think it goes up to 15 mph. when i'm going to work, from where i have to park, it saves me a lot of time. it would be much slower walking to the office from my parking space, than using the scooter.

@@ptraye where you going the top speed when you went past bc on Amazon it said it can go up to 19 mph but I am not sure it that is true
