    Feedback on medivacs is optimal choice against medivacs into psionic storm, for bioball management, the medivacs often are all over the place, the poiunt is zeroing the healing which is for the marauders... to kill them easier...

    "This is your bread and butter" doesn't mean that it's a fancy combination. It means that it's the basic foundation that fancier things can be added to. This works for any combination of basic StarCraft units before siege units or spellcasters are added to it.

    Hey Harstem and everyone else I have been wondering, what is the counter to ebay block in PvT, and in simimar manner to PvZ where sometimes zergs proxy / block protoss natural with hatchery. For ebay block, it feels like its very little investment for quite big delay in Protoss economy, and it basically forces protoss to build zealot, which usually ends up being useless in early game due to his slowness Hatchery block is quite a lot bigger commitment due to tying 300 zergs mineral for the duration of block, but it seems like it warrants probe pull from protoss, which I'd assume costs more for protoss than 125 minerals (drone+75) that it costs for zerg. Maybe Protoss could ignore hatch into all in or smth but seems iffy to me

    There isn't a good, reactive counter. The best counter is to proxy gate because the scout of your main will be delayed. But that is not realistic because you would have to proxy blind in this day and age. The hatch block is just as powerful as they are always banking minerals to expand themselves. However, you have better tools to deal with it. Mainly because Protoss build on the low ground, you will have advance warning that a drone is incoming. Sometimes you can pull a probe to block the hatch. A Zerg drone scountingis automatically nefarious, so if you see one on the map with your scouting probe, I recommend you get another probe to your Natural before the drone arrives. Lastly, a hatch is much bigger than an Ebay, and thus will be easier to deny. But if they hatch does get down, you have other alternatives. Protoss has an easier ability to counter block Zerg's base by placing pylons. I highly recommend pylon blocking the Zerg natural, while sending a probe to block the 3rd location. Making them use their 4th location as the Natural. Zergs value their base locations most of all. Zerg>Protoss>Terran when it comes to dependence on expanding. So if they want to play this game, it can hurt them worse. This allows for Adept harass and Oracle harass to be much more effective, due to the Zerg bases being spread out. And last but not least, you can throw down a Forge with the early minerals. Many Zergs will hatch block before getting a pool, which you can punish by throwing down 2 cannons in their natural or wherever they may be expanding. Personally, I would perform a combo of getting a Forge with trying to pylon block their Natural. An eye for an eye. If they try to get an eco lead by going Hatch before pool, then you can cannon the expo without fail. Be warned that if it's successful, you need to diligently scout, because many Zergs will be tempted to all-in after losing their expo.

    Depends when you spot it. If you see ebay block early pull 4 probes and kill it. If you see it late I like to make a zelot, 2nd gate and tech. Some people like to take 3rd as nat exp but it leave you too exposed to early harass for my liking. Proxy hatch on your nat pull 5 workers, chrono a zelot and kill it. Make sure you are scouting with probe to see if its an all in. If it is, full wall get some adepts and expand. If its roaches can do stalkers, or try get a fast void. If they spine rush you need cannons and immos. P.s. don't bother blocking zerg nat with a pylon. You can block with a probe but pylon is too expensive when your eco is already taking a hit. It will also delay you tech which is how you will get counter damage.

    Terran: places one building correctly - "it's a miracle that the Toss did anything after that lost early game" Any other race: crushes the Terran in early game - takes one suboptimal fight, Terran drops 30 mules and wins.

    I think, something under estimated is dt. blink in during a fight, for targeting specific units, stalkers are not that great against bioballs, because of htemedivac and unit priorty and range wastes teh means of stalkers ot do better damage when a LCicking, so zealots in mass can be better to some degree, Dsiurptors can by you tiem but are not that great.. stalkers are jsut not that great against heavy bioballs with medivacs, if yo ucna snipe the medivacs the bio ball is pretty useless between stims... but meh... Dt if they can one shot marines and couple hit ot marauders 5 blinked in can really help out and force out a scan during these fights... but can do quite a bit more deep work, brekaing up the bioball and give a weird scan, priorty change, giving you seconds to eliminate vacs and other systems, but meh, bioballs can get out of hand fairly easily... Tempests would be ideal here, rather then disruptors, just not enough damage, vikigns do extra to stalkers... I think Max just needed a different layout of his army... in that frist game, but he was quite a bit behind, he missed an opportunity wit hthe first phoenix fly by to not target the mule. Even though itsa free unit, its value is remarkable, so sure killing a scv stops ... 60=80 minerals a minute and its long term investment, but a mule is more ffective and you cna go mule to mule ot mule.. so targeting down mules is more optimal and then scvs if possible. He wanted to go southern point, I think using his gateways to wall off a few more shield and other forms of struture in teh way benefit stalker and collusus heavy armies, really well.. because of range nad priorty isses and allow reenforcements ... Max really lacked infrastructure and building body (armor) support... but maybe it was due to the engineering bay. SHould he have countered? KNowing the energy of a cc, early game can really benefit cloaked units... but meh... I just htink dt s may have helped in this game to punish clems greed.

    think archons from harass dt into your army is highly underrestimated. it's the 1 unit that can just be on hold position far ahead with batteries within range garanteing its not dying to anything but a large army.' dont get why every p army mid and late game doesnt have just 1 DT in them, or if you super pro micro ability 2-3 dt's in their own control group to a move in their at the best time for no detection. even if they do scan its 200min for 100m100g, which is a bad trade but actually not that terrible if you are fighting mass marines at under 3 orbitals. i dont know why but T players dont understand detection use with ravens, so dt should do so much out on the map. dt to just cut off reinforcements, then hide for a bit and do it again, would be soo annoying to deal with and impossible to deal with if they got teleport and just cut off one chunk here and there. especially if they also threaten runby's etc. no reason to sacrifice them on actually harassing workers... i feel harassing workers vs. terran is like construction work using nothing but a hammer... clearly it has no effect at all, T can be down 50 worker all game and it doesnt matter, honestly killing 1 marine means more than 1 worker early on, bc production cycles is honestly what holds terrans back early
