Maximize Your Home Gym Space: 5 Proven Steps for Optimal Organization!

Спорт

Welcome back to the channel! In today’s video, I’m sharing 5 proven steps I’ve taken to maximize space in my home gym. From innovative wall storage solutions to multifunctional equipment, I’ll show you how to make the most out of a small gym space.
Check out the REP Storage Solutions here: www.repfitness.com/#6175840ff...
Discover how utilizing walls effectively can dramatically increase your storage capacity, inspired by old-time workshops and my DIY French cleat system. Learn about my favorite storage solutions like the ARC series from Surplus Strength and why I might choose REP Fitness Adonnis or other American options if I had to do it all over again.
I’ll also dive into the importance of multifunctional equipment, intentional placement, and flexibility in creating a gym that fits your needs. Whether you’re a strongman enthusiast or just looking to optimize your home gym setup, these tips will help you make the most of your space.

Great tips and tricks! I’d love to do a French cleat system when I build out my next gym. I didn’t realize that you could change dimensions of equipment in Zeus, that’s a great trick for planning equipment location!
