So do it need any other fertilizer ?

Thank you for the question. I have read that the nitrogen from the beans becomes more available in the second season as the bean roots decompose. So I always plant my Three Sisters in the same place. I still use soil building techniques. In the fall I cover the garden in compost. During the growing season I will use the weeds I pull as a green mulch. If I have any organic matter or compost, I add it to the top of the soil.
