So succinctly and beautifully outlined. Thank you. I actually had to include my planning routine in my habit tracker until it became second nature. It's a lot like eating healthy food. Once it becomes an expected part of your life, you actually begin to anticipate and enjoy nourishment (health) rather than junk food (imitation/damage).

Thank you for an actual Planning video. What most are calling planning is actually Scrapbook Journaling, with memory planning. That is nice, but it certainly is not planning.

I am tactile so I use an analog planner that feels good to the touch. Because it does feel good, it’s easy to pick up and use. Also, I work in a customer service job. Time blocking doesn’t work in that environment. Therefore, I list what needs to get done and time track. That gives me the ability to pick up my task after interruptions.

Nice video. I’m still struggling a lot in the application of all this as I always underestimate how long things take me and also how often other urgent things get me sidetracked. But I’m still pushing. As you said the key is making these steps mandatory in the day no matter how crazy it goes.
