I appreciate these little lessons that you give Rob, keeps things fresh for me and on the correct path. I do have a $100 minimum, it helps and I’m learning how to justify my price after giving it. Confidence in my body of work I’ve created definitely helps me be a better phone salesman. Really glad to hear you say those things, reminds me I’m doing the right things. Very grateful for your videos.

That appearance is so important. It isn't how good you do. It's how good your customer thinks you do. If you don't look professional you for sure can't charge as much EVEN if you do a WORSE job than a company that doesn't look the part. This is a great video. Thanks Rob.

Good idea. We try to limit it to 15 minutes and then field questions. But somethings take a little longer to explain.

I say spots usually come out, however a stain, is a stain, is a stain. There are several variables that will determine whether or not it will actually come out. What we can guarantee you is if it is able to come out, it will come out with our cleaning process. Quality service second to none!

I understand sq footage is the best option for owner operators but with the pandemic, it is better now to start off with package pricing? Then follow up with a disclaimer stating additional charges may occur pending any spots or heavy soiling. Thanks.

Pricing I’m working on Because right now I use a Bissell big green pro and I am surprised how great the results are for such a low price machine but hey it’s getting me by until I can get a decent price truck mount

Do any owner operators charge an all inclusive hourly rate? Say $100 an hour? Mechanics on the west coast can charge $150 an hour easily. Seems easy to implement and easy for customers to understand. PMOT. Thoughts Rob?

how would a package option work on a 4+ bedroom house and at the same time don't want to charge outrageous prices for the packages?
