Love it! Most beautiful sunlit forest scene I have ever see. But I want to know the hows of doing it myself, I get the layering, but we need to know start with color A or B reduce the white added then add colors A B C in light tones remix till you get ... Then at the end you went back and used a very light color again to fill in what you felt need more definition, again explain the color from beginning to end for us to actually be able to pain t like this, otherwise just amazing to look at.

Would really like to see the start of this! Am all fired up but need to know how to start!

Maxim, I love your painting style, but was curious - what kind of brush or paint tool are you using for the small branches at 1:19? It almost looks like a small pencil?

you got awesome skills, but one thing though...isnt the shadow of the trees on the left wrong according to the lightsource?

Great...but the shadow of the second and third tree is not bad compared to the light source? (I'm sorry if I am wrong :\)

Thanks for watching everyone! I use a cheap small nylon brush for branches and some details #2 or #3. It's the consistency of paint that makes the lines thin (more water to make it flow). Any type of a thin brush will do.
