I always thought Maxene was the prettiest of the Andrews sisters. I was born 50 years late. Love the 1940s.

She was great! He's a bit snooty. Not impressed with his brush offs on some of her answers. You can tell she's a genuine sweetheart. All three of The Andrew Sisters are pure heart. I love them.

I wondered the same thing; according to Lowe's Wikipedia page, Short did base Jiminy Glick on Skip Lowe!

I thought the comedian was a scream! Maxine of course delightful.

they were such spectacular singers, inventive as well as technically perfect. i'm quite sure with that talent that each could have made it on their own, but i'm glad they didn't !

this appearance must be a result of her 1985 solo album.

Skip E Lowe ruined every interview he hosted. So unfortunate because he somehow got fascinating people like Maxine Andrews. He was on Cable in LA. But I love this channel.
