I would 100% bet that Sett will be a playable character in this.

To explain Illoai in League of Legends MOBA terms: She was conceived as a simple, beginner friendly bruiser champion. You can't really control where her tentacles spawn, but you can basically debuff your opponent so that more spawn around them. It seems like they're essentially trying to translate that to a fighting game. The tentacles support you, and it's optimal to keep them in mind, but they don't complicate her kit as much as you would expect them to.

That's not true lol. Most of your tentacle hits are controlled and even where they spawn can be manipulated. Her entire kit is play around her tentacles.

i've been playing fighting games for 30+ years, and honestly, 2xko has reinvigorated my love for the genre purely from design aesthetics alone. it's portraying a unique concept whilst still maintaining the classic fighting game character tropes. can't wait for it to come out

If they can give me Yi or Jax, I’m sold. Fiddlestick would also be a sick ass character especially after his rework his base design would be horrifyingly good with these visuals. Zed and shen will give us the sub-zero and scorpion duo, Rengar and Kha’zix as well. They have an entire roster of characters to pick and choose from it’s ridiculous, the possibilities are literally endless.

Always said that I love everything about League of Legends, except League of Legends itself. Im always down for stuff in Runeterra.

You can tell there's been a great glow up for the early Illaoi + Bilgewater stage. I'm personally sad that Riot Forge had to go, I've enjoyed all of their titles, but if this has to do with that, I'm genuinely happy.

So glad she made it in. There has always been an issue with LoL where 90% of the female characters all have the same build / body-type, so good to see some of the outliers featured. Wonder if Renata Glasc will make it in.

I’m looking forward to trying her out as I do enjoy doing more offensive pressure and looks like I got some training to do.

I call those characters a "setup character" in fighting games. They put stuff on the stage that sets up combo and mix-ups. Its usually what you do with those characters on oki.

The team aspect will be HUGE for non FGC players. Fighting games are usually 1v1 so it can be intimidating going in solo.

Game is looking better and better! I really hope they'll reveal a character that piques my interest soon as well, because while all of the already revealed ones look great, none of them screams "Main" to me.

The fact that this game is League based is the only way I'm going to get my 2 friends to play with me, so I'm praying to nagakabouros that they allow co-op in training mode. PLEASE Riot, just let me train with friends so I can teach them without constantly restarting a match or having them feel like they're losing all the time.
