@@VVguy1 Dead-eye isn’t canon, it has to be taken realistically, it represents Arthurs skill, he doesn’t actually slow down time, when he enters it, time is perceived slower for him.

@@Adam_X78 , Max does the same thing, that slow down time mechanic was inspired by Max. Max is extremely determined and adrenaline, and movement helps him and Author has fast hand movement and skill helps him. Which why the battle is extremely difficult to know who wins in a gun fight.

I absolutely love Max Max is a one man army, I love how fast and how focus he is. He's literally John Wick and The Punisher mixed.

Max can shoot grenades and literal rockets out of the sky without getting blown up. He can shoot dodge which in-game gives him temporary invincibility when in the air. Not to mention the fact that he fought a whole airport full of trained and armored soldiers. With body armor that actually blocks shots. Another thing the fact that he has killed hundreds of people in a few night in the first two games.
