He went humongous and of the nose, pure freeriding

I wish they would go back to actual extreme skiing competitions! Dont get me wrong, these guys are incredible with balls of steel!! I just prefer actual skiing and not just 3 jumps with straight lining in-between the jumps.

I know what you mean but in a way this is just the natural progression of the sport... At some point they physically cannot do bigger drops/jumps so the only way to step it up is to add tricks. I agree that they could do some more nice skiing in between jumps tho.

He almost lost control and was back seated on a couple landings. Hard to give him a higher score. If he stomped all the landings would have been challenging Goguen.
