No the nominating agency in your country of Origin will nominate 15 people and send their names to the government of Mauritius. They are the ones that now decide

From Lionel: No. Like any other scholarship selection will be done. For Master you need to have atleast 3GPA and a good statement of purpose or Research proposal, same for PhD. For BSc and diploma you need to have good grades from your advanced level. Competition will be from the 36 countries. The lesser people apply and the more qualify you are the greater your chances of having the Scholarship but you need atleast 3GPA. 3GPA from your BSc program and it should related to what you are going to study for MSc

It is only one polytechnic I know called 'Polytechnic Mauritius'

For Middlesex University the school driver was sent. For other universities I don't know. I think u will have take a taxi.
