Between 15000 - 25000rs. It might be more it just depends on the house itself.

Yes you are permitted to work 20 hours per week

It's usually a stipend and it depends on the employer. Search online for the school, interest and get the admission. The school will apply for Visa on your behalf.
Are students allowed to buy property?

I am not sure about that. But your parents can I think because owning a property is a part to getting residency.

Yes you do get a UK qualification from Middlesex University. It will depend on the course you want, your budget and maybe international community. There are other branch or affiliated universities.
