He is very "past tense" HAD.....telling with him looking down and touching his face. He's distracting from the point. He has been cheating on her for years and they had an agreement and we all knew this happen once the girls grew up. This is all publicity for the show.

He had a lot of concern in his face. I hope they have the foundation to make it past whatever's not going well. They really are a great couple and more importantly, they have kids who will all be affected.

If I were Mauricio I would have left Kyle long ago !! Kyle has tried throwing Mauricio under the bus this entire season but now Kyle is saying leave my husband alone because he's done nothing wrong !! Kyle isn't a lesbian and Morgan Wade said the contract between Kyle and Morgan was up, Morgan made a public comment saying that Kyle used her as a storyline and did nothing but interfere with Morgan's music and that she was done with Kyle Richards !!! Yes there has been rumors of Mauricio cheating but if you really think about it there has not been one woman that has came forward and given real proof that Mauricio ever cheated, not one picture of Mauricio that proved he was cheating on Kyle, and I think Kyle is just very insecure and she definitely pushed it too far with Mauricio this time and I think he is ready to just walk away from Kyle and her evil ways and I really can't say I blame him. I can say that Mauricio is the one that has been there for all of their children while Kyle was staying gone for 2 months at a time supposably traveling the world because she was doing a documentary about Morgan Wade but I will guarantee you we will never see that documentary. Kyle is the one that started all of this but I believe Mauricio has had enough of her and the only reason that he has not already divorced Kyle is because they will have to split the money 50/50 and neither one of them want to give up the net worth that they have now. I realized how jealous Kyle was of Mauricio when he got his Netflix show because she was bragging about being on two different shows but Bravo put a stop to Kyle appearing on the Netflix show because they said it was a conflict of interest and Kyle was mad because she has tried over and over again to get her own show but everything she's done has been a flop !! I know Mauricio is not some kind of Saint because he's had some pretty questionable real estate deals and lawsuits but they also involved Kyle because they are 50/50 owners in the agency so Kyle knew exactly what was going on at all times. I want Kyle's feet held to the fire and be made to answer all the questions that the viewers want to know because every other housewife on that show has had to tell the truth about what's going on in their life but Kyle is always protected by Andy Cohen and now that Erika has went after Kyle and said that she better be asked all the questions that everybody wants to know and told Andy Cohen that on Watch What Happens Live well now we find out that Kathy Hilton is going to come on and be included on the reunion and I don't think that that's fair because Kathy is not on the show and she is only coming there to try to protect Kyle from being asked anything !! For once in her life Kyle Richards needs to be called out just like Kyle has each and every other housewife about being honest about their real life. If Andy Cohen doesn't do his job and make Kyle answer the questions that the viewers deserve to know then I think Kyle Richards should be taken off the show because for 13 seasons Kyle Richards has never ever once told the truth about what is really going on in her life but she sure has cause so many problems for all the other Housewives on RHOBH !! Kyle is evil.

I binge watched RHOBH from season 1-12 a few months ago. One of the things that stood out to me was what an amazing husband and father Mauricio is. I've been a fan of the show since day 1. So I already knew that Mauricio was great, but seeing all of those episodes back to back made me realize just how great he is. Ugh!! Obviously I posted this comment before the latest season started. Season 13 has been a real eye-opener for me as far as Mauricio is concerned. My entire perspective on Kyle and Mauricio's marriage has changed. I am so disappointed.

Not one shred of evidence that Mauricio ever cheated on Kyle !! Rumors yes but no proof.

This is so sad for me I loved them as a couple & now it seems it turned into a Kris Jenner/Bruce Jenner! I can't even imagine being married for over 20 some years then all of sudden ur husband/wife turns the other way. To me it would feel like over the 20 some years was nothing but a fars BIG LIE!!!

She kept it secret for years as thought it should be he who announced it. Then he gotten the gender assignment done (?? when exactly) I'd type he was suppressing who he really is. Mauricio is so uncomfortable--have never seen him so uncomfortable. His verbals and non-verbals are both huge giveaways. "We've had an amazing marriage...we've been very lucky to now. Right now I think we're both very, very busy, and we've just got to keep things going, and work at it."

He said “we’ve had”. We have had an amazing marriage. Really an argument about semantics now. You don’t know that his body language or facial expression is definitive of the topic at hand. What time did he have to be awake for this BS? Did he have a good start to his morning? Was this the only gig he had today? It’s his marriage, pretty sure he knows it better than any of us ever will.

Perhaps Kyle needs a storyline to stay relevant on the show… just a thought because you cannot believe anything they say.

We can't all put the blame on him only, Kyle is on another show ' the ultimate real housewife girls ' how they managed to have a private life it's unreal let time together . According to Kyle the way she is setting the scene , he spends all the time in his office working, she said it as an excuse, and blame him for her affair. When we all know she is-was having her affair with the woman singer , that is a betrayal and destruction to the family unit they have created. Kyle a behaviour through the series is aggressive and definsive with all the cast , obliviously classic behaviour of the betrayal, trying to conceal her clandestine relationship and her real her, she is a lesbian, but trying to conceal it. She is concealing two things her coming out , her true self , she likes women , she is a lesbian, and she is concealing her lesbianism from her daughters, friends, the public, and then she is concealing her clandestine affair. Kyle is extremely manipulative trying to control the narrative . She could have been honest as she loves the spot life and come out the closet with honesty instead of blaming her husband .

Its very subtle...but his response, eyes and body language says it all...especially when he says like 13 seasons - one too many i imagine. I started watching the show years ago specifically because of kyle... i thought she was likable but quickly seen the real kyle. Shes quite the mean girl in this show. She stirs the pot and gas lights everyone, the way she treated her family....she should be ashamed. I would HATE to be married to such a shallow and petty person and Mauricio isnt much better: hes never been faithful. So you really cant root for anybody here....but even though im not a fan, its sad to see them break up after all the years they put in.
