That's about as easy as anyone could make it look while still looking like a hard climb. Mega impressive!

I appreciate that you showed pretty much the whole route. A lot of videos only show the intro, the crux and the chains which I think is a shame. Such a gorgeous piece of limestone and the movement seems so perfect.

That shot where he looks across to the camera is editied in. He’s clearly working very hard around that point - wheras the edited shot shows a man who has just been sat at an anchor taking a break.

The music is Bheka - Boa Kusasa. Pretty obscure track and artist and a rad selection. I really wish folks would make it a firm practice to credit the artists, musicians are sonoften left unnoted in the credits. This track was massive and went so well with the route, also a daring choice compared to the vast majority of other films out there. Matty crushed this, beautiful footage, another mellow banger.

Congratulations! Very nice film. But it seems like it is mostly not the actual send footage. There are way more angles than you would have on a send go given how much time you have put it, and there are a few obvious continuity errors. But I assume the point was to give the best footage possible, rather than uncut send?

Incredible bit of climbing. Really demands fitness. In the film at 2:40 he’s at 3rd or 4th draw but it’s pre-clipped & he’s way below it. Was that a previous burn on that section that he fell on?

I’d love a bts on this. Could quite figure out which shots were from the actual send and which weren’t. His goofy look and the chains didn’t look to be from the same shot as the main angle shot. Terrific piece of filmning any way.

I found that annoying too -- clearly there is a second rope hanging from the anchor in one shot and then a second shot is from a drone and that rope is gone.

Which Scarpa model are those. ? Are the one I need to go from 6c to 9’s 😅 what a beast. ( I mean the question I opened the comment with)

Can anyone explain to me how this was climbed clean but from 235-238 it cuts off and then all the sudden the rope is clipped the draw 6ft above him? I’m just a weekend trad dad though so my brain is probably not advanced enough for these camera climbing stick clipping shenanigans. Like did he really go up 6 feet clip the draw then come back down and keep climbing or?

Does the small hand fan actually blow out cooled air?

why does it end where it does? Is the headwall above it not climbable? Rope length restriction?
