Honestly has to be whichever role I've recently seen since he is pure delight even when playing a subtle or villainous character. Currently very much enjoying the eagerly awaited 2nd season of Perry Mason as well as finishing another viewing of The Americans. Thanks for having this extremely talented and delightful man on your series.

I could spend an whole evening in a pub with Matthews Rhys and just listen to some crazy stories from his 20s. This man is so funny and charming! What an interview! Well done Josh!

I always get flabbergasted when hearing an actor speak with his normal voice after seeing them on American accents mostly, same thing for Christian Bale and McAvoy and Fassbender. Sarah Snook from succession also, can't believe she's an Aussie lol

Wonderfully entertaining and joyful conversation with Matthew Rhys made my day. Haven't laughed out load so much while watching a video alone. My neighbors are definitely worried about my mental stability. You normally bring out the best from your guests, and when they are as charming as Mr Rhys it is pure gold.

Great interview, I'm a hudge fan of his, I had no idea he was such a character. Between the Americans and perry I've only seen him in serious roles

If you ever have him on the pod again could you ask him about how he feels about The Owl House? It just ended and he plays the lead villain and does a brilliant job. Love the interview, you’re great as always Josh😊

It's crazy how different Matthew's real accent & voice is from the characters he's played. He's so damn cheeky and delightful it's hard not to have a crush on him.
