Amarina E. I’ve got to agree because I’ve found whenever I read a review or an opinion it can taint my impression, enjoyment, understanding, etc., of what I’m watching. The greatest disappoint in recent memory was Manchester by the Sea. I let myself get caught up in the buzz, so I see it, but by chance AFTER watching many of the other 2017 Oscar movies. To this day I can’t believe Casey won that Oscar. He sucked, the movie sucked. It SUCKED! How the hell did Andrew Garfield not win for Hacksaw Ridge? For that matter how the hell did Moonlight beat Hacksaw Ridge? Sorry off on a tangent...😃

That's why I love short teaser Trailers instead of this bullshit that we get now, Extended 3+ minute trailers that pretty much give away the entire plot, yes I'm looking at you DC Universe and Marvel. Superhero movies are the ones guilty of that the most.

Big time, trailers can ruin a film. The less you know, the better, and preferably nothing. The element of surprise is half the joy of watching a story unfold.

Certain things have come to light, and uh, ya know, has it ever occurred to you, that uh, instead of uh, you know running around, uh uh, blaming me, given the nature of all this new shit, you know it, it it, this could be a uh, a lot more uh, uh, uh, uh, complex, I mean it's not just, it might not be, just such a simple, uh... you know?"

McConaughey is so brilliant with words and story telling… it’s hands down why his reading of his autobiography is one of the best listens ever. Mind blowing to see someone that good at their craft aligned with their path

The lead singer from Cooder Graw (Matt Martindale) & McConaughey were best buds in College. They're Both: 😐 TRUE to Their Craft! 😑 Ain't "Mind Blowin'!" if you're from Texas!!
Jeff Bridges is like a warm blanket on a cold winter's night, so soothing, so familiar. I just want him to wrap me up in his arms and hug me. God, I love this man!
I lived my whole life in total anticipation for the exact moment where Matthew McConaughey and Jeff Bridges bro five and to fist lock and I have to be honest.... I can die feeling Alright Alright Alright.

This is probably the best one so far, they make an absurd situation like this feel very natural and relaxed
Two of the most handsomest men in the movie industry. Both seem to live their own styles and not what is Hollywood. That’s why I appreciate them as actors. Love both of their craziness.

This is like, the most chill interview ever. You feel like you just wanna roll a joint with these dudes
That moment at 22:19 was so genuinely wholesome how they both got so giddy. You can really tell that they're both cut from the same cloth in how they approach life.
I love that first bit of dialogue. Here's how I heard it: Matthew: "Can you tell me about that?" Jeff: "This is a hard part, uh, you know, of uhhh, acting, you know? Let me give it to you as best I can, uh, you know. Certain things have come to light, and uh, ya know, has it ever occurred to you, that uh, instead of uh, you know running around, uh uh, blaming me, given the nature of all this new shit, you know it, it it, this could be a uh, a lot more uh, uh, uh, uh, complex, I mean it's not just, it might not be, just such a simple, uh... you know?"

This is one of the best ones. For some reason I learned more about acting in these 31 minutes than I have in the last 40 years as a film fan. I felt like I got a very pure insight into the art. Thank you.

M.M had his Big Lebowski moment as " The Beach Bum". That is a cross over, we all want to see. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
This is a fascinating exchange between these two. McConaughey has this wise, salt of the earth, no nonsense approach but whatever he's gathered from all of it Bridges will blow up any little pretense that exists in it. He's coming at it sideways everytime. McConaughey responds to it, paying attention to everything. I could honestly watch these two for 10 hours.
They are having so much fun.

I always loved Jeff Bridges voice idk why 💀 its like magic mixed with cheerios on a sunny day
I like how after he grabs his foot at 3:00, Matthew brings his foot down... yes he puts it back quickly after but was just funny to me.
Bridges just makes the person across from him feel so important so seamlessly... And they love him, they all love him. He's Magic... And not a bad actor either.
McConaughey's laugh gets me everytime.
“Effortlessness takes a lot of effort.” Bingo

Mutual respect is the foundation of all interviews and this format has to be the very best. And I see Matthew developing and broadening his style and choice of parts as Jeff has so eloquently done over the years. It goes without saying that there has to be a movie in the future for these two.
