But when they made this particular hero, they didn't give him a gun, they gave him a screwdriver to fix things. I felt that the words of Mr. Moffet at the end were especially powerful and really meaningful when he described The Doctor as the particular kind of hero we will always need, spoken in a very lovely way. That's why he is such an amazing writer!

For the 60th, they should do another multi-Doctor story and have Matt and Jenna re-unite with each other onscreen, except that Matt is with his team of Karen and Arthur and doesn't know who Clara is. I think that might make for an emotional return and it's something that isn't done before in Multi-Doctor stories, I think. (Well, not on TV. Don't know about the audio.)

A really emotional panel this is. Matt were keeping it cool as possible, but you can sense his emotion was overwhelmed by the comments made and the reaction given. Moffat nearly tears up too, you don't see it that much . :D Thank you, Matt. You'll always be my doctor.
Matt Smith is right that it would have been nice to have had one more year to see the 11/Clara dynamic. The way they look at each other 30:13, you can tell that they're good friends in real life.

Matt ❤❤❤❤❤ He is so humbled by Steven's beautiful words.
"they gave him two hearts.." And then I absolutely lost any ability to hold in the tears
Matt Smith the best Doctor of them all :)
My two favorite bits, MOFFETT: You retain the title Matt, you're still the Doctor MATT: But can you still sign things: The Doctor? MOFFETT: (Incredulously) YES! MOFFETT: (describing the Doctor) Instead of a gun they gave him a screwdriver to fix things...They gave him 2 hearts! Oh MOFF You will be missed.
I don't know why they don't upload the "Regenerations" panel with Davison, Colin Baker and McCoy. I was there and it was absolutely hilarious!
Gotta love Matt's expression when he drops the bottle and looks at the audience
I started feeling that ache when they all talked about Matt leaving. I know that feel, bro! Whenever I leave a play I'm really attached to, it's so depressing.
I love how Mcgann is out of the shot in the giant wall art. Just to add extra emphasis on the unfair run Mcgann got.
Wow.. I have always loved Moffets writing of Doctor who. But never before had I known how much he truly Knows the Dr. , Loves the Doctor.. Is the Doctor. They way he explained The Doctor as our hero we need . Not a gun , but a screwdriver to fix things, not a tank or Xfighter , but a call box to call for help, and not X-ray eyes but 2 hearts.. never have I heard in such a way! Bravo Mr. Moffet. Thank you for writing some of the best Doctors.. my Doctors .. story lines. It has been an Amazing Journey!
I haven't watched Doctor Who in a few months because I don't have time to have my heart broken again right now, but I just watched this and now I have to go back and watch it all over again. Matt ily bby
Aw theses where the days! I can’t believe that I went here on the full weekend it was Amazing ❤️
the reason i love doctor who is kindof like what jenna said you never get tired of watching a new doctor enter the tardis for the first time. everytime we get a new doctor it's like we're getting a new show with a new feel, and new possibilities. like a refresher. we get sad to see the old doctor leave but, we know what we got ourselves into when we started watching, we're going to have to get used to changes because that's just part of the whole experience and it's what makes the show so great. if we wouldnt have had to go though losing david for instance we would have never gotten the new memories with Matt, we'll always remmeber david as the doctor, and we'll remember matt as the doctor, and now we're experiencing the new doctor Peter Capaldi. Also the whow wouldnt have lasted 50 years without regeneration without a new face being part of the show a new face every so often probably would have just made fans leave.
Although Matt isn't the lead role anymore the story can always call him back for a scene (Like one episode the Eleventh Doctor calls Clara from Trenzalor) and that is why Doctor Who is so great, you will eventually see your favourite doctor again.
Thanks for uploading this! More please! Was there but missed this show so..
