I talked a lot of ish about Matt since the SB loss but he definitely get his flowers and respect as the best falcons QB of all time. Vick is my favorite falcons QB but Matt is the GOAT falcons QB

Just because someone is a great player, it doesn’t mean they will be a great coach. I don’t understand why fans cannot comprehend this concept. The roles are extremely different. He also does not want to coach and has quickly become one of the top television color commentator.

Matty should do tons more of these, I'd watch for hours. Having the routes explained so well, and then seeing it in game speed off the line as the routes started to develop, it really showed just how fast the action was, and how important every little thing going on in a play is. I WANT MORE! I enjoyed this way more than other players and coaches and various people breaking down plays, maybe cause I'm a homer (Rise UP), but yeah, more of Matty breaking down plays, his own plays or other teams' plays; he has a great way of explaining everything that's going on, I feel like I learned something, lol. Thanks Falcons!

I admire how Matt chose 1 favorite play for each of his receivers - Julio, Roddy and Tony G. It reveals how much Matt values his memories throwing the ball to them.

It took you that long to realize? I mean, our pathetic excuse of a franchise had NEVER even accumulated back-to-back winning seasons in their history before he arrived. He pieced together 4 consecutive winning seasons and three playoffs berths before that 2012 season even started, and if not for a bogus no-call against San Fran in the NFC Title Game, we would have been Super Bowl bound.

I love the second play but they ran a similar screen again in Matt's last season (or maybe second to last) against Washington and it broke a long Julio scoring drought. Matthews W-R-E-C-K-E-D Josh Norman. I was hoping that made the list. There's an end zone angle on that play and Jake has a smile you can see from 50 yards away.
