Deion has potential to be a really good head coach. But right now he’s more of a motivator/recruiting head coach. He is still learning how to be a head coach. I get that he’s doing things his way that’s out of the norm for a D1 coach but it’s just steps and processes you just can’t skip being a high level head coach. He has time to travel to do podcasts and travel to be in the studio making rap songs but refuse to travel to recruit houses? I don’t get it. Practice what you preach. This is the same type of examples that got them 4-8 last season and the same thing is happening. Some things Deion should just not post and keep it to himself

Did Prime have a father? I'm aware of the impact that can have on any grown man into his adulthood, even into his grandparenthood. Maybe he just isn't aware of the fact that he's being a bit of a clown and acting unlike a head coach. He forgets that his EGO is what took him far. Now he's teaching how to use ego to take players far, but is speaking words that a real head coach would say. It's really confusing. And being flashy/promoting ego is not how you run a football team. Unless you have 70 NFL-bound savages on your roster. Guys who are true individuals. But that's extremely rare. Most big schools have like 10 of them on a team at any given time.
