But the way ze tells it, is putting himself in an awkward position to tbe honest about. So he tells it wise well enough for others to know " okay... I got roasted here by my own daighter"

If The Great Wall and The Hereafter are your worst movies with a career like Matt, he's done great. They're still watchable.

I changed my opinion about his talent after seeing that movie. Anyone who can play that bad of a script with a straight face has incredible acting talent.

LOVE Dogma !

I LOVED “The Great Wall”! One of my favorite movies (and I own a DVD of it), mostly because of how unusual and technically beautiful it is, but also because of the female lead and the female warriors. His teenage daughter has questionable taste, in my opinion… 😁

I really liked "The Great Wall". It was one of my kids favorite movies growing up. I have two daughters who loved the strong female characters and the monsters.

YES!!! Thank God!!! I've only ever met one person who liked it, and it was the girlfriend I saw it with 😂. Really an awesome flick. The female warrior corps is soooo badass. So badass that Marvel completely ripped them off in that disastrous Black Panther sequel.

That's a pity. That's actually one of my mom's favorite movies by him. By no means a masterpiece but a fun story. She likes the colors for each detachment and the drums.

Some could say that it’s not cool to shit on a movie that a lot of people worked on but honestly, the way I see it, he’s just being honest. It’s no secret the Great Wall wasn’t very good, so really he is just being transparent and I respect him for it

I thoroughly enjoyed the Great Wall! My Russian mother was born and raised in China and I have many photos of her on the great wall of China! I so enjoyed the absolute beauty of the costumes for each military rank, the singing and the drum playing. We had statues of dog like creatures with a paw resting on a carved world which looked very much like the CG attackers! Went out and bought the movie!
