Daniel Martz I’m guessing u don’t smoke, tbh I don’t even consider it a drug the same way people would never consider alcohol a drug. Anyways weed is different from from things like alcohol like u don’t blackout and when ur high u still have control over ur actions. Weed helps A LOT with chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia etc. these pills they have athletes taking are not good for them at all, they can and often do end up getting hooked, weed is a safe alternative and it’s crazy that the NBA is still testing for this. Use the UFC for an example, what they go through is extremely brutal, a lot of them smoke weed instead of taking a crazy amount of pills, imo what Matt Barnes is doing is actually pretty smart

Anthony S the coke comparison is weak.. chemical modification and concentrated extraction is what coke dangerous.. (too much of anything will kill you) coke was used in Coca-Cola as a stimulant then it was replaced with caffeine.. a couple teaspoons of caffeine will kill you too
