    very interesting lecture, thank you. My daughter had a double exchange transfusion, her levels were put o a 37.5 but they think it got higher before tx was done.

    Oh wow, I hope she is doing well now. I have never seen levels that high. The majority of my career has been spent in OB with about 18 months in the NICU. This may account for why I have not seen it very often. Exchange transfusions are on the rarer side but I am happy we have a treatment protocol. Thanks for sharing.
