Always best to give one or two doses of a “constitutional” remedy and then WAIT. But situations always vary and it’s preferable to consult an experienced practitioner.

I have used Ignatia 200. Od

Hi Keri. I saw your previous comment but couldn’t figure out how to respond to it. It was clear from your description that you took way too many doses. Remedies should never be taken repeatedly like drugs. If it’s the correct remedy, all it should take is a few doses and that’s it. Too much Ignatia helped to exacerbate symptoms that point to some other remedy that is needed. I recommend you consult a different practitioner.
