Dr. Farokh Master: I treid Nux-v on a paiient ( 21 years old ) because his totality suggest. The person's main problem is digestive disturbances with most of the mental picture you gave. To surprise the person developed a new symptom/modality which is 'Tamarind aggravates when he takes foods like Sambhar with Tamarind and curries' this might be controlled if same Tamarind is taken in sweet Chutnies like some North Indians do. Being from South Indian background this is strange because all along life they used to take Tamarind in curries/Sambhar all over his life, based on this can I say this is unfavorable response due to weak defenses, there was not much observation at mental plane changes in symptoms except some clarity level improval and probably better sleep, nausea increased, there was severe aggravation, soon after meal he had to go to washroom for stools, even motion was not well forms always,. What is the direction in this case, seems this is the well indicated remedy during repertorization. Thanks,
