My doctor said I needed to lose 50lbs, and I hit a plateau because I was having some trouble with my high appetite and slow metabolism from Hashimoto's Disease. Fortunately, one of my best friends is a nutritionist, so, I asked her what she would recommend for natural appetite suppression and boosting my metabolism. She recommended drinking a cup of matcha daily with a high-protein diet. Now, I'm burning through 2lbs of pure fat per week, and I have lost a total of 22lbs since January 1st, 2019. This stuff really works!

I would not eat meat if that's the protein you are consuming. Protein only makes up 15 percent of your body and your body recycles it. You should be eating mostly carbs but from cruciferous vegetables and high fiber fruits. You need energy to feed your cells not protein. High protein diets my get you thinner if done right but if you don't feed your cells they will die from a lack of nutrients and open the door for cancer and heart attacks. Most doctors are not nutritionist so they wouldn't tell you the correct method to keep you out of their office in the first place.

As a college student that also works (no I do not pull all-nighters cause they don't work lol), this is the best thing ever. I don't drink it always, only when I have to study more than usual.
