Match Still Life Lighting with Composite Images
Creative lighting technique on how to take any subject and light it in a way that matches a pre-existing landscape or interior photo. If you can, try to composite the two photos in photoshop and see what you get. The point is not to perfect the composite, but to understand how to read light and re-create it.
Hope you find this helpful!

It seems so easy but when you want to make it to practice it will be so difficult especially when you don't have the adequate gears
2:07 another light setup to try 5:18 pick an image & try to match lighting
Recently I have started watching your videos. It's really helpfull and very informative . can you please make a video for video shoot with studio light and natural light use on it. I want to know about vide shooting :)
Hi Figandlight. I really like your set-up, could you give me the link to get the table legs like yours ( I don't know exactly what it calls 😂 ) Thank you.
Terimakasih, sangat berguna
What's your audio setup for this asmr light video? Great video 😀
Hey Fig I'm always curious about how you got the tabletop - board - with the texture on it, did you make it yourself or off somewhere?
@figandlight
3 жыл бұрын
The one in the video was a custom made surface I got from @hijabsandaprons. From what I understand, it's a combination of different materials and layers to create that texture, which is something that is beyond my expertise. I'm sure there are lots of videos that go in depth on ways to do that. Thanks for watching!
Nothing but love to this channel. One thing though, the image would have looked more realistic if you added a diffused reflection of the background off of the table and the fruits. Still a great video. It's the first time I haven't seen you talk.

A solid book on lighting: Light, Science and Magic!
But the light angle didn’t match?
Lemme guess. Sour throat?
Your floor is to noisy.
