Mr. Ricardo, Thank you for reminding us to appreciate life's pleasures in the moment. Thanks also for being so quotable in the process: "Make your last drink be your favorite and have it with your friends."

Watching this just as I take the first sip of my morning coffee. Perfection.

Cheers! Coffee levels out my brain, too. In either direction, depending on so very many mystifying factors (which are coming into focus thanks to diagnosis.) Except for when you're still awake at 4am, like I am now. Well, no, sometimes it's fun then, too, let's be real. Thanks for the inadvertent "go to sleep, silly."

Hello, fellow late diagnosis friend. I used to consume vast amounts of caffeïne to counteract the "couch-lock" effect of the marijuana I self medicated with, for decades. After my diagnosis, I was put on meds, which are awesome. Now, there's no need for weed, nor for the 12 big mugs of tea I had daily. A good cup of coffee is still a good cup of coffee, though. Best wishes from South Africa.
