These are now classic videos, Dan. I think I've watched all your MOTU Classics reviews at least twice.

Distilled water is probably the best option to use. Regular tap water may lead to some white/cloudy mineral build-up on the plastic.

I always felt bad for this guy, he seemed like a less fortunate version of Mer-man, but he still looks cool at least. I think maybe Slush-Head might be a bit smarter than he lets on because he seems to be able to maintain the quality of his life-support suit well enough!

Awesome review. I am very glad they included the water feature. I love the subliminal message to Mattel, aswell. Sagitar and Tuskador are my personal favorites in this line....and I hope MAttel makes updated versions of those sometime in the near future. ;)

Sweet review as always Pixel Dan! Thanks. I am really looking forward to this figure! I too am glad the NA figures now fit in with the rest of the line. The water feature is too cool and it looks like the paint is holding up well on the head of the vintage figure. Hopefully Mattel used the same type of paint for this figure. I can't wait for NA He-Man and Skeletor!!!

It'd be cool to see a comparison with the new Masterverse version.

Sorry to say Dan, but you were wrong regarding the vintage figure's head. It's head DID move!

It would be cool if Mattel makes an armor torso for Mosquitor that has this water option available, to emulate the vintage blood pump action; and present it in a Weapons Pack.

You're right about how they got NA to fit well in the original series. I don't even like NA. I never liked NA but if I collected these, I would very likely get a hold of these. Well, minus NA He-Man. Not even the four horsemen can fix that X_X

a hint of mine. fill the dome with thinned green listerine. u get a NA cartoon look with the greenish liquid and the differenthead head color

I wish I could remember the name of that Old He-Man Toy that looked like a giant shark w/ tank treads. It's be a fun toy to use this figure with, as well as Mer-Man and that Reptile Guy w/ the Gator Tail.

Is there any problem when it comes to the dome? I'm just afraid that the water inside his head might start to dissolve the paint job and his head.

I am little confused, I have original older version of that character, and his name was Calamarr.

If they issue the figures from New adventures of He-man,will they also issue this series own version of He-man

They should have released this figure early on in the year, because releasing him after all these incredible knock-out figures makes him seem pretty lame. After figures like The Sorceress, Fisto, and Dreago-Man, this figure just seems very unimpressive.

I never liked NA, so I'm gonna pass on this one, is not a bad figure, actually the water feature is pretty cool, but personally, NA don't exist for me. On the other hand, can't wait for the (highly polemic) Mighty Spector review, I'm getting him just because he's part of the 30th anniversary toy line, but let's see if your review can keep me away from laughing at Deadpo... Errr, I mean, Mighy Spector.
