The first MoR album is one of my favorite rock albums of all time. I never knew of the discomfort surrounding it's making. And Chris' production on the 3 Kyuss albums alone is worth the price of admission.

"At the time I was listening to Black Sabbath five hours a day, all the time. Just constantly. That low end that they got, man, it's addictive. It just chugs ya." - Chris Goss - 💀

I bought Sunrise on the Sufferbus on cassette because I liked the title and it was cheap! Still one of my fave albums.

Satisfaction was my first song... I bought a transistor radio with Mom's Blue Chip Stamps. We must be the same age. My sons first CD was Tattoo You.

I bought Sunrise on the Sufferbus after I saw Ginger Baker´s Epic Drum video (smoking, wearing "sockgarders" and Looking cool, Playing ants in the kitchen...)

Kyuss probably would’ve never been anything other than some little Low-Desert Garage band with little remembrance outside the local scene if it wasn’t for Chris Goss finding them.

The first band was the best! No better player than Tim Harrington. Goss got to the top on their backs and none of the stuff that followed was nearly as good! Too bad those two strong personalities couldn't get along. Your loss Goss!
