"Mastering Moulding Toolpath in VCarve Pro: A Comprehensive Guide"
The moulding toolpath is a great addition to VCarve Pro. It creates nice, smooth 2D toolpaths to cut molding-type profiles that cut faster and smoother than doing the same thing with a normal carving finish toolpath. The Moulding toolpath enables you to create a toolpath from a drive rail & a profile. The result of machining the toolpath is the extrusion of the selected cross-section profile along the pre-selected drive rail. Although strictly speaking the result of this is a 3D shape because it does not use a 3D model it is classified as a 2.5D Toolpath²⁴.

I want to be able to carve long sticks of mounding, approximately 8 ft. Your examples are crossways. Would it be as simple as designing the two rails up and down on the screen instead of crosswise?
