Question, while I watch your video you have the work piece setup for a width of 25” in the x, although when you cut the piece you are cutting the length in the y? Did you have to re tool path for that direction?

Hi, I am trying to do the toolpath, but nothing happens after I select the profile. Is there any specific key that I have to press, or just select them with the mouse?

If I am understanding the question correctly, while in the molding toolpath panel, you want to first select your driverail, hold the shift key and select your profile. The last vector chosen will be used as the profile if you are doing multiple rails. Hope this helps!

I'm so glad you found it helpful. I'm not sure what folder you are referring to, can you give me more to go from or a timestamp from the video?

I cannot get the tabs to appear in the 3D view. I can see the bumps in the toolpath, but not the tabs in the 3D view. Using ver 9.518

Figured it out. I needed to remove the vertical sides from the profile.

I don't recall the tool you used but assume it was a 1/4 ball nose?

For this molding set I actually used a 1/16" ball nose because the small details at the top required it. I have used 1/4" ball nose successfully on molding that is less intricate though. I did use 1/4" end mill for my clearance tool.

what is the length limit?
