    This video was very helpful. I only did 3 pops before, but in 5 minutes I learned how to do it more then just 3. You're awesome 💕😘.

    Could you do a video where you explain how you mentally train yourself? Such as how you calm nerves or how you prepare your mentality the day of a competition?

    I love your videos, Adi Bebo. I would love to see a video for what to do when you get frustrated practicing. Baton requires extreme patience. Some tricks can literally take a year, or more!

    LOL I've become pretty stir-crazy in quarantine & you might be onto something.... I'll be twirling pool cues and maybe even the Swiffer by the end of the week!!!
