Viper is the most underrated character of the five. She hardly gets any actual screentime and is never playable in video games. She only had one episode dedicated to her in the series. She deserved much better in the franchise.

she's nice to po because she understands what its like to be different like how Po is, she does not have any fangs despite being a viper so she cant even use her venom on her enemies, instead she uses martial arts techniques inspired from boa constrictors

Master Viper is proly the most caring character in the whole franchise.The fact that she cares for Po despite him not being the Dragon Warrior.I just feel she needs some more love cuz the chemistry between Po and her it can easily be expanded in a whole arc.

The "serpents Tooth" episode gives a lot of background to this. Even though they respect her for being a kung fu master, the villagers are still scared of viper for being a snake. Even the rest of the Furious Five have a few issues (like claiming her habit of detaching her jaw to eat is creepy to look at.) A big part of why Viper is so compassionate is that, among the Furious Five, she has probably had the most experience of what it is like to be an outcast and shunned.

They really need to make a Kung Fu Panda spinoff focused solely around the Furious Five. With none of them seeming to appear in the fourth movie, it'd be a great chance to give them some much-needed screentime and development.

A great change to the image people have of snakes and vipers in particular. While others are hostile, mocking and otherwise mean, Viper herself is super nice, friendly and supportive. She isnt a doormat or anything, she's wise enough to not be blind. I gotta say tho i dont think secrets of the scroll nor the shows can be considered canon cause of alot of things in them not only being out of character for many of these characters but even plain nasty. I wont go into detail, but Ping is one of them. Then Viper's intolerance to Po's words rather than her usual understanding and patient nature.

it kinda of sucks that the furious five just get less screen time with each movie besides tigress.They are awesome kung fu masters

I wished we got to see Viper make use of her ribbon dancing and kung fu combined.

Viper is my second favourite character just after Crane (Any fellow Criper shippers?). Viper is precious, friendly & downright adorable & incredibly supportive throughout the movies. She always felt like the mom of the group.

Viper is so underrated. I think she desereved as much screentime as Po or Tigress. Her backstory in Secrets of The Furious Five was my favorite story in the entire franchise. Serpent's Tooth is my favorite episode from Legends of Awesomeness, but in my opinion, I think she desereved more episodes centered on her. Viper's my favorite character for 3 reasons: 1. She's sweet, kind, and considerate. 2. She's voiced by my favorite actress, Lucy Liu. 3. Snakes are my favorite animals.

She is so Underrated, I wish they would make a mini series focused on the Furious Five, where each episode centers on one or more(Like duo's) or all of them like even 6 episodes would be enough for me (One for each and the final with all of them T^T)

The one thing I don't think we know is when Viper DID get her fangs/venom (since she appears to have the ability to use venom by the time of the first movie (I think she bit someone and paralyzed them temporarily).

I'm confused, I thought she does have fangs? I just watched an episode from the show on Paramount plus, she could use her venom meaning she has fangs, pretty sure they even showed her fangs. So why did they change that detail, I hate when they do that lol

Well lucie lue character did not die in the panda movies. She died quite violent after she became a villain minion in one of the later film sequels of a certain not apporiate for people under 17 series if you had the uncut dvd print of it. Were she gave our favorite foul mouth bad ash cop from New York a pretty decent brutal fight and beat down before she finale was taken down .

I don’t think Crane is that similar. Like most of the characters, he’s smoothed out ‘cuz compared to cgi movies, the series has less hair complexity, that way they can save money. Or least that’s how they do it.
