    Thanks! But I never did voice over in my old videos because I was too shy and I just couldn’t speak fast enough to match my action in the video. 🤗 My daughter was willing to help me with voiceovers since many JOC fans requested VO in the past ☺️

    Awesome 😎 reminds me of the time I had cucumber salad with a cucumber and ham sandwich in Japan. In America I have to make them myself it's hard to find a restaurant that makes it like in Japan.

    I used to make it with the addition of sliced mushroom. Also, I would also use some sake in the dressing. Ideally for me was to let the cucumbers sit in a brine for three days to develop lacto-bacillus, then dress.

    Yes! You may keep it in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days (2 days for the seafood variations and 3 days for the classic version). However, the cucumber may release more moisture, and the sauce may get diluted, so enjoy it soon!

    ドレッシングの作り置きは、冷蔵庫で1週間弱大丈夫です。ただ、酢の物は、きゅうりから水分が出るので、早めに(数日くらい)食べるほうがいいです。
