@@zerotolerance5581 I'm asking you for your opinion on whether licensing is necessary to make you feel safe if one has credentials from a school or not. I wonder if you check any of these credentials anyway as I suspect most people don't. But in any case this doesn't seem to be a street barber. They're in a barber shop after all, not on a street corner, and a person with an established business usually doesn't have a bad reputation. Regarding neck twisting, I would be more concerned about hearing loss from having my ears repeatedly slapped (or popped) since the sudden change in air pressure could damage one's inner ear much like a loud noise does.

@@artemiasalina1860 To answer your question, I would say I would only go to a chiropractor to have my neck adjusted. A real, licensed chiropractor would have his credentials hanging on a wall like all doctors do for inspection. I am sure that these Indian barbers are not chiropractors, and have no business cracking people's necks. That is ultimately the point I'm trying to make.
