Does he do this kind of neck-cracking with the towel with every customer or just the ones he is familiar with? Because tbh, if I would be there for the first time and the barber starts heavily wrapping my head into a towel, I would get nervous...

It always confuses me when he does the little head tilt because it the US that would maybe be used to say something was just okay, or so/so meaning it was not the greatest, but I don’t know what it means in India, or Southern Asia, someone please clarify if you know

Mabye you need to learn that people been flushing noses for centuries and it cleans out the nose and help you breathe and smell stuff better. Yes it not comfortable but it does help but you should use hot water but not too hot that you burn yourself.

I think it's relaxing when you know how hard you can hit. Also the chair works as a shock-absorber, so it shouldn't be painful.

The towel doesn’t work well with cracking. Why does he continue to use it? It seems unnecessary and uncomfortable
