hello i was wondering if you sale the files for the tool canger i am retro fitting a shope saber to masso g3 touch an i have a tool changer but i cant seam to find any thing on set up or how to right a gcode to start with or any help will gratefull thank

Iwould love to see a detail video breaking down what require hardware and software with explaination how to setup atc on on cnc...nobody show how to set up a cnc for atc

Hi, this may not be the answer you are looking for, but there are a few reasons why there are not much detailed ATC setup videos out there. One of them is because there are very minimal standards when it comes to ATC spindle pneumatics. Every spindle manufacturer has a different design, and types of sensors used for tool detection, tool clamp status, etc. so thee is no one way of setting up ATC. The great thing about the Masso ATC logic/software is that you do not have to search the internet/forums to ATC sample codes or even write any ATC macros at all, everything you need is built into Masso and ready to use.

I believe it's jainken, i have heard that their spindles are good quality.

If can masso controller to operating the 5 axis + ATC tools + vacuum dust + vacuum table + 6 sensor and Probing

The feedrate in this video was 20m/min (20,000mm/min) or 788inch/min.

It is rea-time. 10mm pitch ballscrews on the Z and Y, 20mm pitch ballscrews on the X.

OMG, why? Why would someone put such a nice ATC spindle with huge ball screws and decent linear rails on an ALU + wood frame?! Is this just a prototype of a future CNC router or are you guys nuts??? ;-)
