You can tell you have a very artistic brain and fall into a lil bit of that ADD brain as well like most of us… now when let loose into the real world, all that follow the instructions, this is how it is and that’s how you do it gets put to shame… your accomplishments speak for themselves! Yes I had used them often may have to go slower but with the 45 degree angle and false grip they work great. I have a video on here somewhere doing so.
Brilliantly demanding and ego destroying as well,particularly if one is silly enough,like my beloved husband, to use a weight inside his usual range but forgetting the number of sets.Keep shocking us!

It's called a Sanddune Stepper. I also use a bosu ball elite as well for ROM.
