    I can squat/deadlift 300... Why is this workout with 35 pounds so killer?! Freakin excellent and thanks so much for sharing! Leg day is my favorite!

    It's not really a big deal just saying that feeder connected to the floor in this exercise versus on a leg extension machine they are not

    @kettlebellmusclegain got it- I assume that holding the kb like this, instead of the rack position, is that the movement is now primarily leg focused?

    This is a game changer. Is it important to stay flat footed or are you allowed to let your heels raise up when squatting down?

    Heels elevated is fine. Put them on a plate or thing board or slant board. But it will affect the feeling by changing angles. Try different ones. But use what feels best to you
