I am glad it worked out for you. I know the stress you went through because I went through the same ordeal. My last shop here in Las Vegas got sold to build a parking lot for the new Raiders stadium, and I had to get out at the end of my lease. Luckily I found another shop that was better than my old one.

Nice looking new space. Congrats on the shop. Odd sized storage space in the back where the disassembled lift is in the vid.I might have done some different things lay out wise, but it looks good. Looking forward to seeing more of the place

Seeing that K5 on Irok tires reminded me. I priced an Irok 36x13.50r16 radial load E tire at my local off road shop for my 85 K20. I was quoted $1,275.00 Canadian for just ONE tire!!!! I never even bothered asking if that included sales tax!
