Was surprised with the amount of red DB Cargo sheds around the depot site. The old EWS livery is definitely phasing out.
66652 was parked up in one of the middle roads in the front of the depot (Has brand new exhaust & freshly painted)
Was expecting to see more of the stored Class 60’s around but many seemed to have disappeared either moved on or inside the actual shed
Enjoyed flying the drone over this site, getting better but still room for improvement!!

Must be the only way to get the numbers is to use a drone. Wish DB would stagger the locos more so we could see the individual locos. Great video by the way.

Thanks Sean 👍 Was better with the bigger side numbers !! The DB Cargo livery only has the number on one side which birding help either Noticed alot more been painted in red livery since last time I visited

I love the video and great music to compliment it as well. As for the Class 60's All but 60011, 60017, 60024, 60062 and 60074 have been listed/sold to other operators. This includes the other super 60's as well. I noticed that 60054 is missing its exhaust pod and 60032 is on the collection bay to be picked up by road. I have a feeling that one is destined for Longport. Therefore weight reduction has to be done to allow them to be carried by road out of Toton but the ones that were overhauled by DB that are sold should be easy enough to move by rail to Loughborough or Longport. I enjoyed the video mate, so thanks for posting this. Peter.

I will let you know on anymore rail gen I pick up regarding the Class 60's. I tend to look on WNXX for the latest rail gen and there is also some interest in 60048 as the Class 60 Preservation Group wants that one. I can understand that as I saw that one at Leicester in April 2008 running light to Toton.

60011 has also been sold now. It is also one of the few that still run. I also think you got the date wrong you mean 27th april..? most of the 60's are in the shed.
