Mass is neither created nor destroyed | Mass | Chemistry

This simple activity demonstrates that mass is neither created nor destroyed in a chemical reaction. Carefully weigh the reactants before a reaction and then again after a reaction. You will see that the measured weight is same in both cases even though we have produced new substances in the chemical reaction.

Remember: Water destroys fire (heat) and fire destroys water. If that was not possible then life would have become hard/impossible/hard.

No, that's a misconception. Water doesn't destroy fire (heat), the water is boiled by the heat so that heat is transformed, not destroyed. Fire doesn't destroy water, it just evaporates water, turning it into gas phase.
