It’s not defeat. It’s all part of the plan. They are pushing the core 18-35 demographic out so that when they unveil their digital reality simulation ala Meta, providing the only form of escapism we can find now that movies, television, games and comics have all been destroyed, we will flock. Had to remove disney plus because unessary price hikes then just NOTHING added, I only subbed because Obi-Wan and then they remove family share so I used to share with my father down the street since he didn't have any streaming service he only wanted to see his Beatles special. Then liked History Channel stuff then if grand kids was over they had stuff to watch also. Kennedy was reckless and as a woman, I don't care that men are leading characters like video games GTA is caving now, I didn't care if I played as a male protagonist!! Toxic entitled female specifically GenZ are making it almost "offensive" if there is a white straight man and woman having a relationship.

I was shocked at how good Arcane was. My son is obsessed with League of Legends and I watched it cuz I was bored. Man, never have I actually cared about characters for an animated show like that before. It’s not surprising that Disney will rip off Arcane because they are creatively bankrupt.

When I heard Disney was going to buy Marvel and Star Wars, I had no idea that they would take two of the most successful franchises and destroy them with everything going WOKE. Sometimes, a large corporation can get so big that they destroy themselves by losing focus on their fans' interests and trying to spread their message.

Im genuinely scared about what they are going to do with an arcane inspired anything because arcane was good due to amazing writing for every character and we know they cant write that well...

Speaking for myself, as a woman, I love male heroes for their strength of character. Their selflessness, their good heart, their higher goals and noble pursuits. Yeah, the body has to look the part, but that's not what sells it to me. Safe to say modern Hollywood is dead to me.

The thing is 2024 will have almost no Disney content on big screen and D+. They've all been postponed to 2025 because they hope people forget or (yeah, riiiight) miss the Darth Mouse's way for a year and actually ASK for it the next. The fact the only the "so far from Disney's Marwoke" Deadpool 3 is the only MCU film released in 2024 is NO COINCIDENCE. This film will be Darth Mouse's Trojan Horse !

I’ve never actually thought about it this way, but you are 100% correct Disney was mainly a female centric company prior to purchasing marvel and it makes sense now why they’re trying to turn all of Marvel into a female centric property

Larry Fink belongs in prison for attempting to circumvent the Constitution to install his Neo-Marxist Fascistic “ESG.” DEI and CRT are rooted in Marxist theology. I lived and worked in Los Angeles from 2013-2021. The “Woke” Cultural Marxism that is attacking Western Nations (Anglosphere and Europe) is a hollow and deceptive philosophy. Otis College of Art and Design was an early adopter of the Marxist indoctrination. After being indoctrinated, students went on to work at numerous major corporations as well as every major Hollywood Studio and Advertising Agency. Many became “social media managers.” Additionally, Otis College employed BLM founder Patrisse Cullors. Cullors taught a course called “Public Practice.” Cullors indoctrinated students into the politically Marxist BLM & taught them how to make Molotov cocktails all while Otis College paid her with federal funding. Her version of “public practice” manifested on the streets during the 2020 riots. While I was a student and employee at Otis College (2013-2016) I was discriminated against and psychologically abused for not complying to their agenda. At this school I witnessed faculty discuss political matters, praising the Chinese Communist Party, and allegiance to Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum. Otis College needs to face intense audits and public scrutiny to determine the extent of funding the CCP provided the school along with the use of federal (tax payer) funds to commit domestic terrorism and other forms of treason against the United States of America. I already reported Otis College to the IRS for violating regulations surrounding 501(c)(3) educational nonprofits. Unfortunately, given the political corruption at the IRS they declined to investigate the school’s violations. I’ve also reported the issue to the FBI, Department of Education, Better Business Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Post Secondary Education, and three congressional representatives. All ignored me. Faculty at this school have/are openly committed crimes against humanity, sedition, and treason against the United States of America. As far as I know there is no statute of limitations on these crimes. While James Lindsay knows much of the origins of this movement, he has not isolated its path directly into entertainment/advertising. Otis College of Art and Design along with other Los Angeles schools, such as The Art Institute and Columbus College Hollywood, were the nexus. I watched it occur. I got a job out of school at a major agency and walked away only a few months later when DEI showed up. This was 2016 before the election. I also walked away from a dream job opportunity in 2017 for the same reason. This school also paid Ibram X Kendi, Robin DiAngelo, Hannah Nicole Jones, and other CRT theologians to conduct mandatory seminars. I met all of these people in these “seminars” which could be best described as thought reform (reeducation) focus groups. Ibram X Kendi has a connection to one of the faculty at Otis with a particular group affiliation and obsession with the Frankfurt School. Kendi and AOC both have connections to Boston College. While at this “school” I was forced to participate in what can be best described as focus groups run by DNC operatives. It was in these meetings I learned of their plan to shift the United States towards a Maoist system. I witnessed the “rebranding” of the “TQIA+” onto the LGB as well as the push to sterilize and medicalize confused children. I pushed back against the insertion of “TQIA+” onto the LGB and the encouragement of transitioning confused children into a life of sterilization and permanent medicalization. This is also where I first learned of the MAPs agenda and the intent to merge it into the LGB “movement” as well. Most of these people were straight white women working on behalf of the DNC and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. I’m pretty sure Merrick Garland is connected to someone who was pushing the Marxist ideologies into the school. Schools and their staff who knowingly indoctrinated and radicalized students into Neo-Marxist ideologies with the intent of destroying America from within must be held accountable. These schools must be forced to return all funding (federal funding with taxpayer money, federal student loans, and private students loans). The guilty individuals must face criminal charges for their crimes against the nation. Entertainment and the Arts were the first target of the group. Infiltrating these were paramount for their agenda. Entertainment in particular shows the pathways of this movement since it’s all documented. Videos like this and the entertainment-focused people included in it are helpful because they also help isolate the timing of the shift. It was going on as early as 2013, possibly earlier, but 2016 is when things really ramped up. 2013 is also the year BLM was founded. In 2012, Obama repealed the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and passed the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012. There is a lot of contention on what this did. The Media and Outreach Coordinator for the U.S. State Department's Bureau of African Affairs, Gregory L. Garland, noted that the United States shoots itself in the foot by the release prohibition of materials produced by the State Department and the BBG within US borders and by preaching freedom of the press abroad while practicing censorship at home. He argued against a complete repeal of the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 stating that the law "creates a statutory firewall between resources intended for foreign audiences and those used domestically. Tear down that firewall, and it will be a matter of time before resources and personnel who focus on talking about America overseas are diverted in favor of domestic "public affairs," the short-term political imperative of any administration." An unnamed Pentagon official who was concerned about the 2012 law version stated: "It removes the protection for Americans. It removes oversight from the people who want to put out this information. There are no checks and balances. No one knows if the information is accurate, partially accurate, or entirely false."

I'm VERY worried about Deadpool 3. I didn't watch Guardians Vol 3 or Antman 3 which under other circumstances I'd have watched opening night. My intestest for the MCU is dead and buried. I'm very hesitant on watching Deadpool, maybe it's good but honestly it could be a woke disappointment too

Disney has a hard on for forcing the audience to sympathise with truly evil characters. Makes sense when you know they can only ever self insert characters. Its really quite sick

They are too steeped in "The Message" to even put a pinkie toe outside that box. Besides, they hired writers based on everything other than good creative writing ability.

I enjoy seeing big companies today self-implode more than any modern movie. I really do like seeing a good, real life crash & burn so just go all in on this one, Disney. If I wanted to amuse myself through _actual_ movies, I wouldn't even consider modern ones anyway.

I am just glad they did wait until Stan Passed. He lived the Dream of seeing his Creations become Loved by so many. He got to move on thinking they would be cared for after. It was a lovely Dream that he didnt have to wake from, unlike the rest of us. He was the lucky one.

Given how much money they've been losing seems most people aren't watching.

I mean if they make a sub plot where Ross and Bruce stop hating each other and have a good relationship with each other, because Ross will understand what Bruce was going through when Ross was hunting him down, it would be cool if that happened. Hulk variants exist before the mcu but I’m worried about how they’ll handle it, I liked the tv show ‘hulk and the agents of smash’ they had a good dynamic in that show, but with how they did she hulk I’m worried that red she hulk will be the same, plus the whole, ‘skar is hulk’s son’ thing

And now that dad is dead, everybody is fighting to get the house back in the family name. But she was so much of an idiot. She made it easy for the state to take the house. The daughter is the workism in the company doubling down when everybody else in the family is literally telling her shut up and sit down but she just won't quit. So now we're about to lose the house. We're literally about to lose everything that was great about our childhoods 2:42 Let them burn man, let them burn all that money and these people's careers to the ground. Adam Driver and John Boyega were barely able to have careers after Star Wars. Daisy Ridley is just cooked at this point
