Nope. the floods in Dubai were primarily caused by heavy storms and inadequate city infrastructure to handle such heavy rainfall, rather than cloud seeding. The city's rapid development, with much of its surface being impermeable concrete and glass and little green space, exacerbated the flooding. Furthermore, the clouds were monitored to have reached there from days prior in the surrounding countries. Quit giving humans that much power they do not possess.

A desert turns into a city and , now, a big river. Do not mess with Mother Nature , she always wins at the end of the day.

Ливнёвки придумали трусы не умеющие плавать. В России тоже стали работать дети пустыни и ливнёвки забили мусором а многие закопали - они эту систему воспринимают как ненужные ямки и трубы. А так как убирать мусор и пластик лень далеко - они запихивают это в те места в которых этот мусор не видно. Тоже стало топить. Где то деградация этих знаний а где то изначально не закладывалось по глупости и надеясь на авось. Халтура а не градостроение. Мусор который не разлагается - забивает стоки.

Последний Праздник Приёма Пресной Воды ( ПППВ) у нас прошёл сегодня ночью. С двух крыш площадью 320 кв метров взяли 15 тонн воды. Слава Богу. Небоскрёбы построили. Теперь надо строить водохранилища.

Atlantis happened due to meteor falling on earth. Ripple effect in sea and tides reaching high, submerging the city. Heavy rains and flooding happen everywhere around world.nothing new. Even due to excessive seeding. If sea water rises,u have no where to go. As happened multiple times in past 20 thousand years. this flood water will go to lower grounds and merge with ocean. Don't worry about it
