1) You should have tried Kanji wada. It's moong daal cakes soaked in drink fermented in water with crushed mustard sweets... Its yumm and good for digestion. 2) Bejad roti platter was good choice. It's made up of Jowar, wheat and bajra flour.... Falooda and moond daal chila platter was good choice too. 3) you should have tried Rabri ( it's refreshing over night fermented drink made up of either maize or bajra flour & curd) , ker sangri and bajra ki khichdi.. Its all available at one shop there. 4) Daal bati churma platter was also must try there... Though it's available anywhere in Jaipur, but the one available in masala chowk (not mahavir rabi bhandar wala, but another one) is authentically prepared with fire from cow dung cake.. Just like it is prepared in goth (community eating in Rajasthan) 5) lastly you could have also tried Laal Maas. Its authentic rajupti Mutton curry.... Though I am not sure that shop is open anymore!!!
The best part about your videos are - you show so many dishes at one time... Full package:-) And other bloggers talk much and doesn't show food as much :-) food lovers can't tolerate so much talking :-)

@@AslamKhan-fd9rl ulta haath itna kharab hai to katwa ke fenk de fuddu aadmi. Jo tune kaha isme kuch accha ya sahi nahi hai. Naturally kuch log left handed hote hain kuch right handed. Par koi ni!
