India's Biggest VEG THALI with 56 Dishes I Jaipur MASALA CHOWK Street FOOD WALK I Sprouts Kachori
Today's episode brings you a gigantic chappan bhog thali experience at Moturam Prasadam and a delightful food tour at Masala Chowk food Court in Jaipur.
We started the tour with a fragrant masala chai from Sahu Chai Wale in Malviya Nagar along with our host Vinayak. This was followed by a yummy aalu patty from Sony Bakery located nearby. This patty was a piece of nostalgia for Vinayak as is having it since his childhood.
Next we visited Moturam Prasadam, which is a unique restaurant whose menu is influenced by temple food from across India. Here we tried a humongous spread consisting of 56 items including starters, curries, breads, condiments, desserts and drinks. This huge spread is inspired by Chappan Bhog, the holy offering served to Lord Krishna. Most of the items were traditional Rajasthani fares. The sight of this humongous thali left us spellbound and we decided to try just some of its components. At the owner's recommendation, we tried bajre ki khichdi, dal bati churma, dana meethi, chaki ki sabzi, puri, ker sangri etc. Soon our friend Gopal Ji and his family joined us for this soulful meal. Owner Abhishek's insights about the traditional foodscape added an enriching touch to the whole experience.
From there we headed to Masala Chowk where we were joined by our host Unnati. It is an open food court which houses the outlets of some of the iconic eateries from the city. The place is a perfect hangout space for families and friends. It's spacious and well designed.
Here we tried a wonderful moongdal childa from Rama Krishna Kalkatta Chaat. This was followed by a samosa from Shankar Samosa and tandoori chai from Gulab Chai Wale. But the highlight of this visit was the amazing bejad roti thali from Mahavir Rabri Bhandar. Finally we ended the food tour with a sensational kulhad rajbhoh rabri from Indian Ice Cream Faluda. This dessert was a truly amazing.

the most important thing about your vlogs is that you do not give unnecessary background music while having conversation because street food without sounds and ambience around the street is its soul. Kudos to your simplicity and originality
At 6:38 the owner says in Bengal people ask for onion but the fact is Bengalis consider onion and garlic equivalent to nonveg. We don't use Onion and garlic in foods prepared for Bhog.

The chef was blabbering a lot....trying to be a food historian....but he seems unaware of many facts....a simple case of exaggeration...

The chef or owner is not aware that bengalis consider onion and garlic as non-vegetarian . He shouldn't comment anything incase he is not aware.

@@ranjitamukherjee7793 Exactly my point. Bengali veg cuisine without onion and garlic has a huge variety. Mahaprasad in Bengali Vaishnav community is a seperate cuisine at all. But he knows nothing but still considers himself an encyclopedia of veg cuisine. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hi this is fazal from Pakistan. I love watch your videos. I wish one day I will taste this Tali and I love the hotel owner the way he served and explain.
Lajvab food and place explore. Thanks for this amazing series.
Love your Way of Representing this Video Matlab ek dam mja aa jata hai.... Behtareen video 👌👌
'Moturam prasadam' का राजस्थानी व्यंजनों, की विशिष्टता और विविधता को विश्वस्तरीय मुकाम तक पहुंचाने का प्रयास।.. also having indepth knowledge about rajasthani cuisine, n its origin.. I ll also appreciate the thought of serving as much is needed, to avoid food waste, which definitely calls in for social awareness.. Ofcourse the food court is a brilliant idea to bring together many on one platform... and yes,, aap bilkul sahi hai,, we tend to look at others tables, n they towards our plate.. though unintentionally..
Nice video. Everyone looks lively and foods look delicious. Thank you for your sharing. Have a good time

I don't know if the following will be covered in the video.. But just before entering Jaipur from NH8 a small town Amer falls right before Jal Mahal. There they have a group of Mishtan bhandars Sweet and snack shops and are very famous for Sev, Bhujia , Barfi Peda and folklore say the water well there has a special flavor..as they say meetha pani.. If you are still in the area do visit there it will be worth it...

I was also feeling the same, conference hui fer humne socha research ki Falana dhimaka, Aur bana rahe hai sab kuch wo he jo har restaurant me milta hai but har cheej k aagey peeche prasadam laga do .....Ye Bana Raha hai sabko bhagwan ka naam use karke... But I like the concept of playing mantras instead of Bollywood songs.
Awesome as always.
