How about your raise your own damn kids how you want and stop worrying about how other parents raise theirs. Perfect example of the insidious problem with so-called "Federal funding." Once extended, the recipient becomes hooked on the money and must conform to whatever dictates the feds issue. The solution to this and so many other federally subsidized activities is for congress to stop funding departments and agencies that have no reason to exist. And that's most of them.
